Room Reservations - February 13, 2018
All reservations and rooming lists must be in by midnight on this date or rooms drop, which may result in loss of rooms or room type. If rooms on the Rooming List are paid by the individual, the individual’s credit card number and expiration date must be listed. Rooms cannot be reserved without a credit card guarantee unless the group has made prior arrangements.
Golf Cancellation - February 4, 2018
All reserved recreation is subject to a thirty (30) day cancellation policy. Cancellations after this date and “No Shows” will be charged in full.
Golf - Player Reduction - February 19, 2018
Player reduction due fifteen (15) days prior to event date.
Golf List - February 27, 2018
A list of players and other golfing needs are due seven (7) days prior to event date.
