The SCTE Sooner State Chapter Proudly Presents 

"Certification and Professional Development"

Presenting via web will be Pam Nobles, Director of Professional Development. Pam leads the development and implementation of many of the SCTE's professional development and certification programs, working in conjunction with volunteer committees and working groups to align the Society's programs to industry needs.
 

Pam has served the industry in various engineering and learning and development roles since 1982. Before joining the SCTEshe worked withComcast in Philadelphia, where she most recently held the position of senior director of CommTech development. She was honored as SCTE Member of the Year in 2002 and received the Women in Technology Award in 1996. She has been an active SCTE member since 1984. 

She holds a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology, a BA in Fine Arts, and an AAS in Forestry.

Following the web portion will be a tutorial of SCTE website navigation and further discussion related to the Sooner Chapter testing dynamics, learning material, and certification support.
