Nominations will be open until October 31, 2019. Elections will take place November 1, 2019.
What does a Sooner State Chapter board member do? The SCTE•ISBE Sooner State Chapter Board of Directors is comprised of outstanding individuals dedicated to their own careers and the careers of others they work with daily. As an incoming board member, you will be expected to attend board meetings and assist with the technical training seminars and vendor day. Other voluntary committee opportunities are available for members who can contribute a little extra. All SCTE•ISBE Sooner State Chapter board members must be an active member of the Society and complete the Conflict of Interest/Non-Disclosure Agreement.
SCTE•ISBE Chapters provide local networking, professional development, and SCTE•ISBE certification opportunities to SCTE•ISBE current and prospective members in 69 locations across the globe. Chapter members are the most active in the Society and are dedicated to educating broadband technicians and engineers on the latest technologies and leadership skills necessary to be successful.
